Project Name: Hunters View Redevelopment
Project Description: The City of San Francisco committed $95 million dollars to HOPE SF, the largest local commitment to public housing in history. De Haro Ramirez Group undertook the site concrete for Hunters View; the first of five HOPE SF sites slated for revitalization. The development will be a sustainable community incorporating San Francisco’s ground-breaking Green Building Ordinance and achieving previously unprecedented levels of community sustainability and improved energy efficiency. Phase one of Hunters View included 25 units of public housing and the creation of Promontory Park.
De Haro Ramirez Group Scope: Off Site Civil, On-Site work. Curb and Gutter, ADA curb ramps, City Sidewalks, tree grates, driveway approaches, Paving, stairs, retaining walls, CIP Site furnishing including benches, Planters and Bollards.
