Project Name: 10th & Market Residences
Project Description: The Nema luxury apartment complex at 10th and Market is comprised of four buildings ranging in height from 10 to 37 stories and housing 754 luxury residential apartments. Two of the buildings are connected by a nine-story podium along Tenth Street. The project was designed to meet LEED Silver Certification in part by creating three landscaped rooftop terraces that minimize San Francisco’s urban heat island effect. The terraces are sumptuously landscaped with lounging areas, fire pits and a 60-foot lap pool.
