Project Name: Alta Laguna
Project Description: Alta Laguna is a mixed-use community with 353 new residential units designed to achieve LEED-ND (Neighborhood Development) Gold Certification. It is comprised of five new residential buildings, two existing historic Spanish Colonial Revival buildings and several outdoor spaces including the new Waller Park (20,000 gsf) that traverses the entire site from east to west. A mews runs north to south and intersects Waller Park in a central plaza. A new community garden with a series of stepped terraces and stadium seating provides another public gathering space.
De Haro Ramirez Group Scope: Off Site Civil work and On-Site work for Buildings 1 and 2 as well as Waller Park. Specific items include; curb, city sidewalk, tree grates, reinforcing, curb ramps, driveway approaches, footings, Paving, stairs, stepped planter walls, seat walls, retaining walls, stadium seating, bocce ball court curbs in natural color and integral colored concrete
